Wooli Beach
Wooli beach is accessible from the north One Tree entrance or South Terrace Entrance. Entrance via the breakwall is NOT permitted. Only vehicles with permits are allowed to drive on the Wooli Beach and there is a max of 25 km/h.
Wooli To Sandon Beach
Centre yourself in the Candole State Forest amongst the unique local flora and fauna. But don’t be fooled by this 4WD track as it passes through wet flats but peaks to panoramic views of the Sandon coastline.
Wooli to Pebbly Beach
One of the most exhilarating ways to explore the South section of Yuraygir National Park is via 4WD. Take advantage of being within one of the largest underdeveloped coastlines in NSW with the thrills of this rugged dirt Coastal Range track.
For a scenic day trip try the Illaroo to Wooli portion of this trail – only 14 km of track & beach, approx 5 hrs offering panoramic views at its midpoint Wilsons Headland. Experience the area like a local with secluded coves and banks of wildflowers. Beginning and ending with two large stretches of flat beaches of Minnie Water and Wooli. Connecting with headland passages & undulating capes, low tidal conditions are a must.

Discover more at Minnie Waters, Main Beach is the perfect location for surfers and beach goers alike. Grab a bite at the Minnie Water Store or utilise the BBQ’s near the kids Playground. Explore the southern side at Back Beach and take advantage of the secluded beach coves and headland walking trails.
Relish in a relaxing day on the blue waters of Wooli beach with the professional fisherman at Wooli Deep Sea Fishing Charter. Embrack on this adventure knowing all rods, tackle, consumables and ice for your catch is provided. During this supervised reef fishing experience you’re almost guaranteed to catch something!
Unwind at the Wooli bowling Club with a fun family friendly game of barefoot bowls. Take advantage of Happy Hour as you watch the sunset over the river on the greens. Spend the morning playing family bingo or the evening raffles and indulge in the newly refurbished Chinese restaurant, “Harry’s”.
Find a diversity of tropical sea life as you explore the Northern section of the Solitary Islands Marine Park. It only takes approx 20 mins via boat to reach the dive site and micro habitats. Wooli Dive Centre caters for divers and snorkelers, of all ages, from inexperienced or advanced, providing a professional, relaxed and friendly experience.
Perfect for those with a pep in their step on holidays, the Wooli Tennis court is available to book online and offers free Tennis racket and ball hire. The non-profit has a clubhouse for shade and two courts with synthetic grass. Located conveniently close to a Kid playground and the Bowlo.
The Wooli River mouth is one of the most popular beach locations in Wooli as it is safe for swimming and family friendly aspects such as picnic tables, BBQ area and toilets. The beach is patrolled in the summer month or indulge in the shallow river Lagoon, play in the sand or launch a SUP board and explore the peninsula.
