Wooli is a tiny seaside village on the NSW North Coast, tucked between the ocean and the river. Think: endless beaches, dolphins, sunsets, no traffic lights, and a community where everyone says hello (and means it). We are 1 hour north of Coffs Habour & 1 Hour South of Yamba.

It’s a little coastal bubble where:

NO — if you need nightclubs, shopping malls, and Uber Eats to survive.

Grafton (35 min) for groceries, Kmart, doctors, BWS, and civilisation. But there is a post office and delieveries are easy!

Wooli also has:

• One of the cutest general stores in Australia is located a 10 min drive at Minnie Waters.

• And a whole lot of beaches

It’s busy, energetic, outdoorsy, and full-on during school holidays — and we love it.

We’re a 7-days-a-week operation with guests arriving, playing, eating and asking questions literally every day.

If you like variety, movement, sunshine, and a team that laughs a lot — you’ll thrive.
If you’re after a slow, quiet job where you can snap chat all day and where nothing changes… this probably isn’t the place.

We roster based on the season, guest numbers, weather, and daily operations.

Here’s the honest breakdown:

Housekeeping / Waterslide Attendant

• 25–35 hours weekly

• Mornings can be fast-paced (check-outs!) 10am – 1:30pm

• Waterslide shifts are outdoors in the heat from 2:15pm to 8:15pm

• Hours increase during school holidays, long weekends, peak season

• You’ll often finish early afternoon and enjoy the rest of your day

Kitchen Crew (Back of House)

• Around 35 hours per week

• Nights and weekends are BUSY finish times can be as late as 10pm

• School holidays = flat-out (in a fun way)

• You’ll be on your feet a lot — pace is quick

Bar Tender

• Full-time hours across days/nights 11am – 10pm (plus breaks)

• Expect evenings, weekends, specials, events, and school holiday madness

• Summer = pumping, lots of cocktails, lots of fun

We operate 7 days a week

So expect:

✔ Split shifts sometimes
✔ Some late finishes (especially bar/kitchen)

But also:
✔ Fun rosters

✔ Team that supports each other
✔ And loads of hours if you want them

Yes — we manage rosters fairly. BUT you may not get full weekends off.
You WILL get rest days — they just may be midweek always at least 2 days per week. 

The tradeoff?
Midweek Wooli = beaches to yourself.

We have staff huts perfect for a couple or two friends.

Everything is walkable and staff share lifts when needed. Woolworths and Coles deleiver (no shops in wooli just a small servo)
